Tyrese Garner, 19, rushed a checkpoint at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on Tuesday, attacking and injuring five Transportation Security Officers (TSOs), but was later subdued by TSA agents and Phoenix police officers. Paradise, California was among those local governments that settled with PG&E–for $270 million. A company in Phoenix is recalling frozen spinach over concerns [link url=”https://www.foxnews.com/health/frozen-spinach-recalled-listeria-contamination” title=”the product may be contaminated with listeria”]. Two products are included in the recall from the company, the Sprouts Farmers Market–Sprouts Cut Leaf Spinach and Sprouts Frozen Organic Cut Leaf Spinach–both in 16 ounce bags. Random testing of the product by the company [link url=”https://www.fda.gov/safety/recalls-market-withdrawals-safety-alerts/sprouts-farmers-market-recalls-frozen-cut-leaf-spinach-and-frozen-organic-cut-leaf-spinach-16oz” title=”led to the discovery of the bacteria in tested samples”], prompting the recall. The quake collapsed about 73 houses, and [link url=”https://www.foxnews.com/world/earthquake-china-sichuan-province-several-dead” title=”first responders had rescued at least eight people who were trapped inside”], and continued the search for additional survivors. The 6.0 earthquake occurred in the Sichuan province late Monday night, and was followed shortly by another smaller aftershock of 5.1 magnitude.

5. Officials in New Jersey are warning that passengers traveling through Newark Liberty International Airport on May 29, [link url=”https://www.cbsnews.com/news/measles-outbreak-potential-exposure-new-jersey-newark-liberty-international-airport-2019-06-18/?ftag=CNM-00-10aac3a” title=”could have been exposed to the measles”]. The alert came after an international passenger that traveled from Japan to Newark was confirmed to have the measles. Health officials stated that the likely exposure occurred between 5:00 p.m. on May 29 until about 3:30 p.m. on May 30, and anyone on the flight from Tokyo to Newark [link url=”https://www.cbsnews.com/news/measles-outbreak-potential-exposure-new-jersey-newark-liberty-international-airport-2019-06-18/?ftag=CNM-00-10aac3a” title=”will be contacted by their local health departments”].

An explosion occurred along [link url=”https://www.reuters.com/article/us-pipeline-operations-oklahoma-fire/dcp-midstream-shuts-pipeline-in-grady-county-oklahoma-after-explosion-idUSKCN1TJ2M5″ title=”a natural gas pipeline”] in Grady County, Oklahoma on Tuesday, injuring one person. According to Grady County Emergency Management, the incident occurred when [link url=”https://www.reuters.com/article/us-pipeline-operations-oklahoma-fire/dcp-midstream-shuts-pipeline-in-grady-county-oklahoma-after-explosion-idUSKCN1TJ2M5″ title=”an excavator digging for a new pipeline, hit an existing, active line, causing the explosion”] and prompting the shutdown of the pipeline. A spokesperson from the company, DCP Midstream, said the fire was put out, and the shutdown was only temporary.

Preliminary reports indicate that the tires on the left main landing gear blew out when United Flight 627–a Boeing 757 aircraft–made a hard landing in Newark at around 1:00 p.m., disabling the plane and blocking the runway. Officials stated that none of the 166 passengers onboard the aircraft were injured, but [link url=”https://www.reuters.com/article/us-new-jersey-airport/tires-blow-on-united-jet-during-newark-airport-landing-no-injuries-idUSKCN1TG0KK” title=”hundreds of flights were delayed or canceled due to the runway closure”].
