North Korea said Monday that “reckless remarks” by U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo made it clear that Washington has no intention of resuming nuclear talks.
"We are re-establishing deterrence, real deterrence, against Iran," Pompeo said. "The previous administration never did enough against Iran to create deterrence."
