  1. Five people are dead and two are injured after a small plane crashed into a home in Yorba Linda, California, on Sunday. The Cessna 414A had a single male pilot who took off from Fullerton Municipal Airport, and climbed to about 7,800 feet–[link url=”https://www.cbsnews.com/news/yorba-linda-plane-crash-today-2019-02-03-live-updates/” title=”before it began a rapid descent, started coming apart, then burst into flames”]–just before it crashed into the home. Seven passengers were killed in another deadly train derailment in eastern India, on a rail system that allegedly [link url=”https://www.foxnews.com/world/train-derails-in-india-killing-7-people” title=”lacks modern signaling and communication equipment”], and has poor maintenance practices. The train, which was bound for Delhi, derailed in the eastern state of Bihar, when eleven coaches on the Seemanchal Express left the tracks just outside the Sahadai Buzurg railway station which is located about 20 miles north of the state capital, Patna.   4. Pilgrim’s Pride has issued a recall for one of its not-ready-to-eat breaded chicken products [link url=”https://www.fsis.usda.gov/wps/portal/fsis/topics/recalls-and-public-health-alerts/recall-case-archive/archive/2019/recall-010-2019-release” title=”due to possible foreign matter contamination”]. The product, Uncooked Popcorn Style Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters with Rib Meat, [link url=”https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2019/02/03/pilgrims-pride-and-taylor-farms-each-recall-chicken-products/2762288002/” title=”were distributed to Publix Super Markets in Florida”] for in-store use in deli departments, and an approximate total of more than 58,000 pounds of meat has been recalled.   5. A thirteen-year-old boy was arrested after telling Siri he was “going to shoot up a school” while he was visiting family in the Valparaiso area in Indiana. The boy, identified only as a Chesterton Middle School student, [link url=”https://www.newsweek.com/13-year-old-student-arrested-after-telling-siri-im-going-shoot-school-1316294″ title=”allegedly screenshot his interaction with Siri, which had identified several schools in the area”], then posted it to social media on Thursday. The post was seen by the boy’s social media friends, [link url=”https://www.newsweek.com/13-year-old-student-arrested-after-telling-siri-im-going-shoot-school-1316294″ title=”who reported it to Chesterton Police”], who passed on the information immediately to Valparaiso authorities, who arrested the boy.  

  6. A U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent (CBP) assisting state police in Abilene, Texas was [link url=”https://www.foxnews.com/us/border-patrol-agent-killed-while-on-duty-in-texas-officials” title=”struck and killed on Saturday”]. Donna Doss, 49, was responding to a call for assistance near Interstate 20, when she was struck by a passing vehicle and died at the scene. Doss was going to assist with an [link url=”https://abc13.com/border-patrol-agent-killed-during-traffic-stop-near-abilene/5119651/” title=”immigration status check of a driver during a traffic stop”], when she was struck by another vehicle while crossing the road.   

  7. People who received vaccinations at several businesses in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana have [link url=”https://www.foxnews.com/health/vaccinations-at-workplaces-in-kentucky-ohio-and-indiana-linked-to-multiple-infections-officials-say” title=”reported the development of infections after receiving the inoculations”]. Multiple reports of redness, pain, tenderness, and swelling at the injection sites, along with hard lumps or nodules forming, have been received at the Department of Public Health in Kentucky from the vaccinations administered by Location Vaccination. Law enforcement officials in New York allegedly stated that a gunman who is wanted for shooting and killing another man on a New York City subway platform, [link url=”https://www.foxnews.com/us/nyc-subway-shooter-is-an-ms-13-gang-member-report-says” title=”is reportedly a member of the MS-13 Gang”]. The victim has allegedly been identified as a member of the rival 18th Street gang, and was shot after an argument between him and two other males erupted on a train, then spilled over onto a platform. Video shows that the shooter reportedly pulled out a small handgun and fired at least six rounds at the victim as he was laying on the platform, [link url=”https://www.foxnews.com/us/nyc-subway-shooter-is-an-ms-13-gang-member-report-says” title=”which sent other subway passengers fleeing for their lives”].
